This policy explains what personal data 22Softwares collects through 22softwares.com, why, and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact form: your name and email, plus anything you choose to add (phone, company, budget, message).
- Job applications: your name, email, phone, country, CV, links and note.
- Language preference: one cookie named “lang”, set only when you choose a language.
- Usage statistics: page views counted without cookies and without identifying you.
- Server logs: IP address and browser details, kept briefly for security.
Why we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss a possible project — at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To assess your job application — with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
- Messages: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Job applications: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers — our hosting and email providers — only to run this website, under data processing agreements.
Our team works in Greece and Bangladesh. When data is accessed from outside the European Union, we protect it with appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@22softwares.com and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, “lang”, only when you pick a language, so we remember your choice. It is not used for tracking. We use no advertising or third-party cookies.
