What you’ll do
- Answer questions and solve problems patiently
- Guide users through setup and installation
- Report recurring issues to the product team
- Keep help articles up to date
What you need
- Fluent Bangla or Greek, plus English
- Friendly, clear communication
- Comfort with phones, computers and apps
- Patience
Nice to have
- Experience in retail or shop management
- Experience with helpdesk tools
