Voice chat in a game
In a live game with another signed-in player, tap the microphone to turn voice chat on. Both players must agree.
Direct calls
Open a conversation in More, Inbox and tap the phone icon to start a voice call. The other person gets a call screen and can accept or decline.
Rules and limits
- Voice chat is for signed-in players. It is off when your opponent is a guest, or when one of you blocked the other, or when someone’s message settings do not allow it.
- A few voice chats and calls are free each day. Watch a rewarded ad for one more (Rewarded ads).
- Be kind. Reports and blocks work in voice too.
Tips
- Use headphones to avoid echo.
- Mute when you think.
- If the sound is bad, check your connection (Troubleshooting).
Tip: voice chat is best with friends: say what you are planning while you play.
